The Museum is currently planning to establish the deposits of artefacts. The utilisation of derelict buildings in Terezín Fortress City represents one of the possible ways. Following the ongoing discussion it is clear, this solution brings a number of advantages; the deposits planned will complete the already existing premises utilised by the Museum in the City, so there will not be the necessity to transport the artefacts, experts and restorers already settled and working in Terezín and the increase of incoming students, experts and organisation of exhibitions will contribute to revitalisation. The Region and the National Museum approved to share the regional sources especially in human potential and to cooperate on joint projects. The future cooperation will be anchored in the Memorandum on cooperation, which is under preparation and will be signed by both parts.
