Region of Crete (Partner 2) organized in Heraklion, Crete on November 30th and December 1st the 3rd Steering Committee Meeting and the 2nd Joint Thematic Seminar. The project partners during the SCM, apart from the reporting activities, financial and communication issues that were discussed, presented the Best Practices that have been identified in their region and the methodology used.
The representatives of the Cypriot, Slovenian, Czech Republic and Spanish Stakeholders group had the opportunity to visit the headquarters of Cosmos Sport SA (local sport clothing and accessories trading company) and know about the CSR practices that they are implementing.
During the second day, at the Joint Thematic Seminar, 11 best practices on CSR were presented, among them was Vassiliko Cement Works (Cyprus), Etri Skupnpost (Slovenia), South Bohemian Region (Czech Republic), Association of Extremadura Family Businesses (Spain), Avra Collection (Crete), Local Food Experts (Crete) and Cosmos Sport SA (Crete).
