Last meeting of the Expert Working Table, planned in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Action Plan, focused on the last version of the Guidelines and how these might be affected by the changes to the Procurement Code, which will apply to all new procedures from 1 April 2023.
Thanks to the participation of an expert in tenders and contracts from the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region, the participants had the opportunity to have an overview about the future Procurement Code and discuss about the possible changes of the Guidelines, that could be benefit from this change in terms of the partnership structure.
Moreover, participants got into the topic of the risk, that should be affected by the new Procurement Code regarding its allocation among the parties involved.
The Guidelines were approved by the participants and, after some modifications due to the entry into application of the new Procurement Code, will be presented to the Regional Council by this Summer.
