The Romanian Action Plan designed and coordinated by the S3UNICA project partner Alba Local Energy Agency – ALEA aims to create an online support tool for university applicants submitting energy efficiecy projects within ROP 2021-2027 through different actions.
Where are we at?
Provision of the package dedicated to SAT within the online tool
From January, the package is online on the public section of the instrument, it will aslo be available on the separate sections with completed examples available on the secured private accounts of the future users (university applicants)
Creation of the expert evaluation framework functionality within the online support tool
Main achievements
- Elaboration of the collaborative support protocol between the expert group and the RDA Centru
- Set up of the expert panel
- Creation of a knowledge repository for the use of the expert panel
- Creation of an online form used by applicants as a means to directly connect with the expert group
Set up of the expert group
The expert panel is set up comprising of 3 expert members form Universities. ADR Centru Representative, ALEA representative
Elaboration of the collaborative protocol
At the beginning of the year, ALEA and ADR Centru signed the collaborative protocol
Monitorisation of the project proposal submissions by universities
- 5 of universities involved in knowledge exchange related to SAT
- 3 registered universities (Centru Development Region) in the support tool
- 1 project proposal identified
