On 14th June, the Andalusian Energy Agency organises in Malaga the event Power4All to introduce business possibilities offered by smart grids, in the framework of the SET-UP project in which the Agency participates as a partner. The event is addressed to citizens, businesses, industries, universities and research centres or public administration interested on smart grids. The main objective is to explain new services based on smart grids and what they mean regarding new sustainable business models and financial mechanisms for the effective development of smart grids.

In the event, in addition to the SET-UP project, several companies and universities will expose their projects and innovations related to smart grid: Smart Campus (University of Málaga), Smart City Málaga (Endesa), Storage and microgrid project (INTA) or NETefficient project (Ayesa) and SENSIBLE project (GPTech). 

The Cluster Andalusia Smart City will present the development of several smart grid projects, Olivoenergy will talk about aggregators and flexibility in smart grids, while the Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FAMP) will present RADIA, the Network of Agents for Intelligent Development of Andalusia.

The last part of the day will be focused on financing opportunities where the Andalusian Energy Agency will discuss support for smart grids in the Sustainable Energy Development Programme of Andalusia. The Institute for the Diversification and Saving of Energy (IDAE) will announce financing opportunities in the European Union Horizon 2020 programme, and the Technology Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) will present financing options for innovative smart grids projects.
