Join the Policy Learning Platform for a joint webinar, together with the Interreg Europe SET-UP project, on the impacts of transport electrification on the electricity grid and how to mitigate them. The webinar will be held on 10 December from 15:00 to 16:30 CET.
During the webinar, local mobility and energy policymakers can learn about the impacts that increasing electrification of transport and other sectors can have on the local electricity grid. Experts will introduce the concept of local flexibility markets and highlight inspiring good practices from across Europe as a means to mitigate this impact on the electricity grid.
Here is what you can expect:
- Electric Vehicles and the Electricity Network by Olly Frankland from SET-UP project
- Flexibility in an energy neighbourhood by Hugo Niesing from EV Energy project
