Producing green electricity to meet your own needs and sharing the possible surplus with your neighbours: these solutions of self-consumption are now accessible and economically viable.
From individual to collective self-consumption models, this national forum is an opportunity to discuss about economic models and regulatory frameworks in France and Europe, to benefit from the experience of other projects and to identify efficient assessment tools for self-consumption.
Professionals, public authorities and other key energy players will attend this event. As a result, the forum will deliver a set of guidelines to support and promote the development of self-consumption projects.
Bretagne Développement Innovation and the Brittany Region are in charge of the organisation of this forum. The SET-UP project, which analyses consumer empowerment as a key challenge to smart grids deployment, will be provided with a dedicated space.
