The University of Greenwich (UK) hosted a seminar on experiences and lessons learnt in managing cultural heritage sites and events during the pandemic, with presentations from five partner territories. In addition, the head of Visit Greenwich, the town’s tourism board, provided observations from the perspective of the many small businesses in a municipal tourism ecosystem. Experts from the University presented summary findings from the survey of COVID-era travel experiences and behaviour, conducted earlier this year as part of the project’s work.

Presentations and a video recording of the event will be available on this site soon.
