The 3rd meeting of the Wielkopolska Stakeholder Group of the SinCE-AFC project took place on January 26, 2021 in the form of a teleconference using the ZOOM electronic communication tools and platform. All members of the Wielkopolska Culinary Heritage Network as well as entities from the current list of stakeholders of the SinCE-AFC project and cooperating research entities, were invited to participate in the meeting. However, only 5 stakeholders participated in the meeting due to the pandemic situation and the financial crisis.
All guests were welcomed by Mrs. Alicja Nowak, the regional project coordinator, who led the meeting. The meeting on the part of the Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region was also attended by: Mrs. Weronika Sierzant-Bekasiak, who was also the host of the Zoom platform at this meeting, Mrs. Magdalena Salewicz as a speaker, and Mrs. Joanna Hanckowiak - coordinator of the Wielkopolska Culinary Heritage Network.
During the meeting, the scope of the project was introduced to the participants, and the framework plan of tasks in the project and issues related to cooperation within the regional group of stakeholders were briefly discussed. In the second part of the meeting, the good practices presented during the 3rd Interregional Project Event and the Partner Meeting in the South Muntenia Region were discussed in detail.
The third part of the meeting was devoted to the summary of the above-mentioned meeting of Partners, as well as a study visit to the Central Macedonia region in November, 2020. The discussion focused mainly on the issue of cooperation within the Wielkopolska Stakeholder Group and the directions in which this cooperation should develop in the upcoming difficult months due to the limitations imposed in the fight against the spreading virus as well as financial difficulties and the struggle for the survival of the catering branch due to the pandemic.
