With the policy learning phase of SKILLS+ nearing its conclusion, the focus of all partners has now shifted to the elaboration of action plans to mainstream the learning and to incorporate the lessons learnt into policies and strategies. Against this background, partners have drafted nine policy recommendations to contribute to a successful action plan elaboration.
