By writing a common position paper, the SmartPilots partnership wishes to highlight some concerns and to hopefully gain some clarity over how subcontracting requirements are managed within the SME Instrument, specifically as it relates to supporting SMEs working in the KET Industrial Biotechnology and in support of the European Bioeconomy.
