The European organic sector’s vision is to have organic on every table and reach 50% land share managed under organic principles  by 2030; yet there is a gap between this vision and the current growth. How can we overcome this challenge? This session will bring together the pioneers of organics and newcomers who will share their strategies to achieve the vision.

The first round of parallel sessions will showcase practical examples of how processors use digital tools on a daily basis, either to enhance the efficiency of their production, or increase transparency. Technology also helps businesses to take steps toward greater transparency by giving the consumer access to the products’ story throughout the whole supply chain.
