SMEPlus partners met to discuss development of the action plans. University of Gävle talked about the about the maturity matrix of policies for companies and successful policies for SMEs. These tools aim to help the partners to develop their action plans. The questionnaire that will be used to produce a scientific paper to help define future policies was introduced. Istrian Regional Energy Agency Introduced their action plan. Also the pilot projects that can be part of an action plan were discussed.
