At the meeting of the Spanish working group, RES-CyL (Regional Energy Stakeholders of Castilla y León), members will focus on policy strengths and forces in favor of change proposals identified in the force field analysis. Based on feedback received at IE2, experiences that might fit as good practice criteria will be defined.
Weaknesses will also be considered: RES-CyL members plan to undertake a matrix-based workshop to turn weaknesses as well as outside forces against change proposals identified in the force field analysis into policy needs. An initial prioritisation based on level of importance and level of difficulty to address each need will be proposed.
After the meeting, the Energy Support Map will be finalised, including all RES-CyL members contributions that are addressed during the event.
