How do EU politics and measures stemming from concepts such as the EU "Green Deal" affect ports such as the Port of Hamburg. How can economical, job-related and ecological / climate related interests be considered and ensured? How does the European Union, with the aims of the climate protection goals from the Paris Agreement, impact the Port of Hamburg and its activities? How is the European Union connecting its cohesion policy investments with its goals in the area of sustainability?

These are some of the questions that will be discussed during this podium discussion as part of the Hamburg Climate Week and under the umbrella topic "Europe and the environment: How does the EU support the port related stakeholders?"
