Interreg Europe helps regional and local governments across Europe to develop and deliver better policy. By creating an environment and opportunities for sharing solutions, it aims to ensure that government investment, innovation and implementation efforts all lead to integrated and sustainable impact for people and place.
Interreg Europe as an interregional cooperation programme supports collaboration between European regions and especially the sharing of good practices to improve the European economic ecosystem.
To do so, it implemented a good practice database, so they are not only known by the project partners but accessible to everyone. The database covers 4 topics: SME competitiveness, Research and Innovation, Low-carbon economy and Environment and resource efficiency.
To present this database and other ways policy makers and stakeholders can benefit from the tools implemented by the programme, Interreg Europe organises a lunchtime briefing on the 13th of September 2018 in Brussels at the Committee of the Regions.
Participants also have the opportunity to follow the event online. An advanced registration is required.
