The first Estonian event was be the occasion to present the project and involve all interested stakeholders of Estonian startup ecosystem in SPEED UP collaborative learning process. An occasion to measure and evaluate the best support practices in terms of business incubators and acceleration programs in Estonia and to plan the collaborative activities in upcoming periods.
