The event was the occasion to present the project and involve all interested stakeholders in SPEED UP collaborative learning process. An occasion to measure and evaluate the best support practices in terms of business incubators developed in the region, how local operation programs will work with SpeedUp, which are the specialised HR Mobility and barriers and how to attract talent .
