The fourth Good Practices Guide is dedicated to the topic “Development of monitoring systems within the incubators with key performance indicators about the incubators’ activity and performance of the hosted companies”. During the fourth year of SPEED UP the project identi ed and analysed key performance indicators (KPIs) that are suitable for mapping the performances of business incubators. This topic turned out to be very challenging as KPIs can not be generalised. Instead, they have to be developed and deduced from each business model.
