Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform, in cooperation with the Lead Partner of the START-EASY Project, the Government of Catalunya, organises an online peer review on Talent Attraction, Retention and Startup Monitoring in Catalonia.
During 3 different online sessions on Monday 15, Thursday 18 and Tuesday 30, peers from a selected number of European regions will examine and make recommendation of the Catalan start-up context. The sessions will be divided into Talent Attention and Retention, Alternative Financing, and Start-up definition and monitoring.
The peer review exercise should conclude with the presentation of the drafted conclusions and recommendations of policy actions to the host and regional stakeholders, and with a discussion on how to operationalise and take up the discussed recommendations. Following the peer review meeting, the main conclusions should be translated into a proposal for concrete policy action.
