On July 26, 2022, The Lublin Science and Technology Park hosted The Final Dissemination Event in Lublin Region titled “Accessible and comprehensive services in business support ecosystem”. The aim of the meeting was to summarize the 1st phase of the START EASY project, its Polish partnership achievements and value added by stakeholder involvement and Regional Action Plan development. The occasion was an opportunity to connect with digital business-oriented service builders and the local community of entrepreneurship supporters, demonstrating how the ecosystem can further build a conducive environment for quick, easy and accessible business acceleration.
The event was attended by over 35 participants representing 12 organizations, including: public administration at regional and local levels, business support institutions with different levels of territorial operation, academic and private sector institutions providing consulting services, and advisory and technology services for the public sector.
The first part of the meeting hosted presentations about project achievements, including both action plans designed by Polish partners and stakeholders, regional services providing access to financial instruments, and digitalization of public administration services for entrepreneurs. It was preceded by a welcome speech delivered by Ms. Magdalena Stachyra, President of the Management Board of Lublin Science and Technology Park, to thank all the stakeholders accompanying the local partner during the three-year cooperation under the START EASY project and its 1st phase. Ms. Magdalena Stachyra also signed the Action Plan for Lublin Region and expressed the hope to continue working together on delivering future pilot actions.
Speakers at the event included representatives of the Lublin Science and Technology Park, Mazovia Development Agency, Lublin Regional Development Fund and InteliWISE Group.
The second part of the event titled “Support for entrepreneurs: accessibility and development of services in the ecosystem” was organized to facilitate open discussion on building a viable entrepreneurship ecosystem, where support actors are driven by comprehensive services digitally accessible to SMEs, and to share experiences and visions on business-oriented support and its digitalization. High-level representatives from the regional ecosystem and their partners were invited.
