AEIT-CORIFI, in collaboration with Lombardia Aerospace Cluster, Regione Lombardia, Finlombarda S.p.A., Confindustria Lombardia, CNR and SIMPLER-Enterprise Europe Network, organises Photonics4Aerospace.
The program includes a workshop and a brokerage event.
The workshop will be held in presence (depending on the pandemic situation) and it will also be streamed live. The brokerage event will be on line.
The event, planned in the framework of the European Photonic Platform Photonics21 (www.photonics21.org) and of the H2020 project BestphoRM21, is the opportunity for meetings between the suppliers of photonic technologies and end-users in the aerospace sector, with the participation of national agencies, institutional and territorial actors and funding bodies.
The event aims to raise awareness for the strategic importance of photonics as a key-enabling technology for ceaseless improvements in aerospatial solutions. Photonics SMEs and Start-ups will have the chance to strengthen themselves in the value chain, and at the same time to meet with big company players, agencies and investors.

The participants will have the possibility to:
discuss the latest innovation opportunities for the Aerospace sector made possible by the use of photonic technologies
establish and strengthen synergies and collaborations between producers and end users of photonic technologies in the sector
identify partners at regional, national and European level and complete the value chain
promote investment opportunities for photonics
