SUPPORT Action Plan for the region of Andalusia has two main actions:
• 1) Pilot Action // REDEMA
• 2) 50 Low Carbon Emission Municipalities in Andalusia
Prepartory Meetings
Preparatory meeting with the Andalusian Energy Agency to define the strategy for the collection and visualisation of energy data among local authorities through TICs has been held in May.
The specific objectives of this bilateral meetings were:
• Establish the framework for defining the platform's functionalities
• Establish the framework for the exchange of energy data information sources
• Establish the framework for the definition of interoperability requirements
• Establish the framework for the definition of regulatory barriers.
Workshops
Four workgroups will be created based on the results of established frameworks. Work groups will define the platform requirements as future users of the platform. These workgroups will work in two phases.
PHASE 1. Definition of the platform.
It is a phase of intense work where the architecture of the platform will be defined in terms of functionalities, interoperability, sources of information, legal requirements, etc. 3 meetings will be hold between the months of June and July in which through "design thinking" we will generate the platform idea:
Meeting 1. Empathize (3rd week of June)
We will focus on understanding the needs of the users involved in defining the solution we are looking for (operators, technicians, political decision-makers, etc.).
Meeting 2. Define (1st week of July)
We will filter the information collected during the previous phase and we will keep those questions that add value and lead us to interesting solutions.
Meeting 3. Ideas (3rd week of July)
We will generate ideas capable of addressing the identified problems and needs. We will establish the functionalities that cover the detected needs, add value to the users and eliminate the detected problems or barriers.
PHASE 2. Prototyping and testing.
We will hold 2 meetings between the months of September and October:
Meeting 4. Prototyping (4th week of September)
In this phase there will already be a prototype platform in the testing phase that the workroups will be able to visualize and test. We will analyze the platform and discuss those requirements that are susceptible to improvement.
Meeting 5. Testing (3rd week of October)
Workgroups will receive access to a trial version of the prototype that they can test including real data or from the generated data.
