Our partners in Lower Silesia will spend two days in Milan in order to get a more in depth view of the good practices implemented by the region of Lombardy to foster OUTSIDE-IN Innovation.
This In-Situ Visit will be focused on learning more about the following inititatives:
- ARCA (Azienda Regionale Centrale Acquisti S.p.a.) model as a developer and promoter of innovative procurement tolos and practices.
- Sintel Platform as a regional e-procurement platform, established with aim to support the Lombardy Public Administrations in the management of tender procedures.
