The Interreg Joint Secretariat congratulates the TITTAN consortium for the successful implementation of the project.

We are delighted to announce the successful closure of the TITTAN project. Over the past few years, this project has been working towards improving regional policies and practices related to active ageing, and to COVID-19 in its last call. Today, we celebrate the achievements and outcomes of this interregional collaboration.

Throughout the project's duration, various enriching activities took place. Through interregional meetings, thematic workshops, and case studies, experts and professionals shared their knowledge and experiences, fostering valuable exchange of ideas. All partners together focused on identifying and sharing best practices in the field of healthy aging and the response against COVID-19 with the aim of enhancing the quality of life across Europe.

The TITTAN project successfully created a space for collaboration and mutual learning, promoting the development of innovative solutions and efficient practices. The identified best practices and developed innovative solutions will serve as benchmarks for future initiatives in the field of healthcare.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all project partners who participated in this initiative. Their dedication, collaboration, and commitment made possible the success of the project. While TITTAN comes to a close, its impact will endure in regional policies and practices. We look forward to continue working together in the future to improve healthcare and the quality of life of European citizens.

Congratulations to all on this important milestone, and thank you all for your contribution!
