On the 22nd of February 2023 an online meeting took place with all TraCS3-partners to discuss the points and input for the final document. Below you can find the agenda and key takeaways.

3. Discussion about the final document, topics to discuss:
a) What are the main goals and sub goals of the final document?
Hanze:
- Internal issue about the use of the infrastructure. A good final document can help to solve this issue.
- Interaction with stakeholders in the region. It would be very good to show them what the final conclusions and results are to the regional stakeholders.
- Send the document to Regional policy owners, like the Province of Groningen and SNN, would
- Send document to Interreg Europe secretariat
Tampere:
- Same target groups in Tampere region
- Social media
- Circulate to the Baltic Sea Region group and stakeholders
Bremen:
- It would be very good and helpful for influencing policy in the region with the document showing the good results. Show to stakeholders and politicians. It would be good to have a final report for that.
- It would be good to make our institute visible for stakeholders
- The most important effect of this project was the interest of the stakeholder group. They were very interested and the final document would be very helpful.
West Flanders:
- Maybe mention future actions
- Present results of this documents to North Sea Commission and Smart Regions Working Group in May.
Conclusion: document for regional stakeholders and the environments in which we are, so stakeholders close to us. This also means that we can include good practices and figures, and the recommendations and conclusions can be more hands on.

d) How should the content be structured?
- Example of Policy Brief from Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform
- Referring to other projects which are dealing with the same issues.
- About 15 pages. Starting from regional perspective, then working up to higher level with recommendations and future work.
e) Look and feel of the document?
- See example which was shown during meeting.
- Include pictures of each region which are very recognizable for regional stakeholders.
f) Which communication channels will we use?
- Digital document to send around.
- Possibility to put links in the document.
- As broad as possible: Social Media accounts of TraCS3, website TraCS3, Interreg Europe website, Twitter account TraCS3 and own Twitter accounts
- Use URL of TraCS3 project website

- Input about own region
- Internationalization issue input
- Communication issue
- Smart specialization, development of innovation, and policy brief from Bremen
- Cluster which has been created
- Practical issues which have been found and financing of infrastructure
- A critical look at the publication with his experiences as researcher and making/reviewing publications.
