IFKA organised and held a workshop for regional and local industries with the co operation of a regional cluster, ArchEnerg. ArchEnerg is a Szeged based cluster, established in 2007 with the aim of creating an economic and social model based on renewable energy sources and energy efficiency.
During the workshop the concept of circular economy, and industrial symbiosis were introduced, the principles of the theory and some Hungarian and international good practices were presented. Additionally supportive tools to deliver the circular economy in daily practice were presented through the use of iso 14001 were discussed.
