As a key partner of The Global Green Growth Forum (3GF), Industrial Symbiosis Ltd was present at the 3GF Partner Meeting on 13-14 October in Copenhagen.

The mission of the Global Green Growth Forum (3GF) is to explore and demonstrate how better collaboration among leading businesses, investors, key public institutions and experts can effectively drive market penetration and realise the potential for long-term inclusive green growth.

During the event, partners and partnership practitioners worked together in interactive debates with industry, policy and partnership experts to discuss and provide input to: 

  • 3GF collaborate public-private partnerships to facilitate speed and scale 
  • The “re-thinking 3GF” process

Industrial Symbiosis Ltd continued to advance the importance of inspiring urgent action for affordable and innovative implementation of industrial symbiosis at scale, integrating within and across country boundaries to optimise the potential for inclusive green growth.

The meeting afforded the opportunity for Industrial Symbiosis Ltd. to educate various stakeholders from around the world on the importance of integrating Industrial Symbiosis into existing policy frameworks. This aligns perfectly with the aims of the TRIS project on raising awareness on the concepts of Industrial Symbiosis and its economic and environmental benefits.
