The kick-off meeting of VIOLET project will take place during 11th and 12th of April 2017, in Tulcea city, South-East Region of Romania. The event aims to establish the ground rules for a smooth project implementation, roles and responsibilities among partners as well as to exchange experience on the theme of energy efficiency for traditional buildings and involvement of key actors. A study-visit will be held for presenting relevant experiences in the field of rehabilitation of heritage buildings with the support of EU funds: 2007-2013 Regional Operational Programme.
