The VPM allowed partners to get to know each other prior to the actual kick-off meeting on the 10th April. It allowed an opportunity also to clarify project requirements relating to management, interregional learning and communication and agree on the activities to be undertaken before the first meeting that will be organised in Braila (RO) on the 11th-12th of April 2017. The main benefit from the VPM was to "hit the ground running" allowing preparation material to be developed before the actual kick-off, which was a success.
