International ZEROCO2 Conference in Ptuj (Slovenia)
We have the honor to invite all interested public on the 21st - 22nd March 2018 to the International ZEROCO2 Conference in Ptuj (Slovenia)
The conference will be an opportunity to bring together organisations from the public and private sector across the EU advocating the creation of near zero emission buildings with the transition to low-carbon economy. The conference will be a fantastic opportunity for a dialogue with other likeminded organisations who face similar challenges with reduction of CO2 emissions in the built environment.
Partners of the ZEROCO2 project believe that the key to sustainable living and reduction of emissions are indeed zero emission buildings. The conference will introduce the zero emission buildings concept, their benefits for the environment, as well as their cost-effectiveness with different technology options that are offered in order to create the conditions of policy change to make ZEROC02 buildings a reality. We believe the participation of policy makers will make the difference between successful and unsuccessful implementation of zero emission buildings, therefore, the participation of different organisations (from privet to public) is strongly appreciated.
ZEROCO2 is creating this conference to exchange experiences in how to shape our policy instruments to promote zero emission buildings with a special emphasis on greening the building sector, environmental sustainability and mitigation of climate change risk. The conference will be a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and draw inspiration from key field actors from all over Europe. Presenters have been sought and secured from a variety of European Organisations and locations in order to make this a truly dynamic conference that delivers direction in policy change, with respect to reducing Building’s CO2 emissions.
