Buildings are responsible for approximately 40 % of energy consumption and are producing 36 % of all CO2 emissions in the EU. How will we modify these figures? How will we meet the objectives of the energy performance of buildings and the Energy efficiency directives?
The Interreg Europe ZeroCO2 project has provided some answers by analysing good practices, identifying financial solutions and proposing some actions.
