The seminar discussed policy measures towards Near Zero CO2 Buildings for Malta. A questionnaire was distributed to the various stakeholders to understand which factors they feel are the most relevant barriers and drivers towards reaching NZCO2EB and to get their feedback of which policies should be 1) given priority, 2) should be considered and 3) should not be considered for Malta.
