The Smooth Ports partners are looking forward to an interesting event at the Hanse Office in Brussels!
The event will provide insights into the overall project results and the individual partner results. We are also very happy that the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Europe Programme will introduce the new programme.
The afternoon will, after a short break, then consider perspectives, through a forum on "Sustainable port development and traffic management in European ports". Speakers from European Commission DG Mobility, European Sea Ports Organisation, and Hamburg Port Authority will discuss the topic and the session will be moderated by Mr Koch from the Brussels Bureau of Handelsblatt. The first day will be wrapped up by a reception and networking possibility.
The second day will make use of the physical presence of all partners to discuss project related aspects during an internal partner meeting. The meeting is then followed by a site visit at the Port of Antwerp's Border Inspection Post and stakeholder exchange of experience and will be wrapped up by a partner dinner.
