"Innovative open spaces - Best practice examples"
The joint study carried out by the advisory partner Schloss Dyck introduces more than 40 projects providing innovative solutions for the use of urban fringes. The study, structured according to thematic focus, gives an overview of extraordinary projects. While objectives and local circumstances differ, ten main categories have been ascertained. In the variety of remarkable projects certain approaches reoccurs highlighting the importance of considering ecological, social and local requirements when developing designs for resilient places.
