On the 26th of January 2021, the Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Development Agency organized online the 2nd Blue Green City stakeholder meeting.The event brought together 25 representatives from central and local public institutions from the Bucharest-Ilfov region, academia and research and civil society, working in environmental protection and promotion of green and blue infrastructures, and addressed the following topics of discussion:• Progress of the Blue Green City project (activities carried out in the 2nd and 3rd semesters of implementation);• EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030;• Nature-based solutions (definition, areas of application, challenges, examples);• European Week of Regions and Cities 2020 and Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform - best practices at European level and sources of inspiration.Hereby, we would like to thank our collaborators again for their participation and active involvement.
