The meeting was organized by Bulgarian association of recycling in Sofia.
17 people participated in that gathering. They are representatives of Ministry of Environment and Water; Executive Environment Agency; Ministry of Economy; Ministry of Regional development and public works; Svoge Municipality; Kyustendil Province; Bulgaria Chamber of Commerce and Industry; South-West University “Neofit Rilski”; Bulgarian Association of Metallurgical Industry; Bulgarian Food Safety Agency and two NGOs – Student Media Association and Leventa.
By this meeting Bulgarian partner wanted to create local stakeholder group that is going to support them with the project implementation.
The representatives of the CircPro Bulgarian partners briefly presented the CircPro features - all general and specific objectives of the project, the project background, how the success looks like, what needs to be done next, and how to work together effectively.
The meeting participants discussed the regional challenges related to Circular Economy and Circular Procurements. At the end all stakeholders declared strong support and co-operation for achieving project’s aims and objectives.
