The objective of this meeting is to bring project partners together for the first time and introduce each participating region. This event will also familiarise partners with the project workplan, roles, responsibilities and contribution required from each partner.
The steering group will be set up along with other relevant project teams. Furthermore, the partnership agreement will also be signed by all partners. Other project elements to be discussed include the project workplan, coordination of workpackages, generation of deliverables, project and financial reporting, quality standards, communication requirements, etc.
