The steering meeting was on the 1st day where the LP summarized the status of the project shortly (reporting templates, reporting principles, communication issues, etc.). After that Regional Development Agency Ostrava presented their best practice Smart Accelerator which is the systematic approach to the implementation of a regional RIS3 strategy. On the 2nd day there was Peer Review Workshop in which were presented preliminary results of the Peer Review followed by discussion. Then there was a study visit to Moravian-Silesian Automotive Cluster Laboratories and Biotech Park 4MEDI. During the last day external expert informed about Related European Initiatives and some PP presented their best practices (Trec New Mat, Cluster Games, FTI programme or Enterprise 4.0).
