Located in the center of Romania, the six counties of our region cover the central and southern part of historical province of Transylvania.

Circular economy is a challenging topic for our 414 adminsitrative units.

We are committed, through our smart specialization strategy, to support inovative projects able to support the concept of sustainable communities.

This projet will provide good practices, models and expertise to build strong partnerships between public adminsitrations and research organizations / universities, to support the transition to circular economy.
