During their stay in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, in addition to project management meetings, Digitourism project partners will have the opportunity to learn more about various initiatives and public policies implemented in the region. They will also meet local stakeholders to exchange on the interest of these policies, their pros and cons.
All the planned meetings and visits relate to Digital realities:
- Dedicated clusters and hubs:
o Minalogic, a global innovation cluster for digital technologies supporting the region’s leading innovators by facilitating networking, fostering collaborative R&D, and providing companies with personalized assistance throughout all phases of business growth.
o Pôle Pixel, a hub dedicated to image related companies and creative industries (cinema, audiovisual, video games, web, communication, new media, digital arts, etc.)
- Public policies, like the Region's Audiovisual and New Media Creation Support Fund, supporting the development and production of innovative creative works for new connected screens.
- Innovative initiatives and start-ups:
o Odoxo, communication agency specialized in the use of AR and VR
o Reve 5D project, Augmented Reality for Culture, Infrastructure and Industry
o Théoriz, a multi-awarded studio gathering a team of professional engineers, visual artists and creative developers.
o Wanadev. Among other fields of expertise, Wanadev creates videogames involving digital realities.
o And also REOVIZ, Fauns, Museopic, the VR sledging of the Alpe d’Huez…
The objective of course is for partners to pick some ideas from these initiatives and use them once back home!
