13 partners from France, Hungary, United Kingdom, Spain, and Norway took part in the Study Visit in Grand Paradis, Aosta Valley, Italy.
The Study Visit in Grand Paradis has been organized by P2-Fondation Grand Paradis on Nov. 22-25, 2021.
In the two days of work, project partners had the opportunity to visit the regional realities that bring innovation in the tourism sector, to identify ideas and good practices to be transferred to their territories. On Nov. 23 the avant-garde solutions of the Valle d'Aosta start-up "Ad hoc 3D solutions" were explored, and it was possible to test firsthand, in the Visitor Center of the Gran Paradiso National Park in Cogne, the “Visit Gran Paradiso App” and the recent technological solutions implemented in the scope of the Interreg-ALCOTRA project PACTA (Promouvoir l'Action Culturelle en Territoire Alpin) including no-touch technology, 3D models and much more.
On Nov. 24 the visit touched the Gran Paradiso Valleys of Rhêmes-Notre-Dame and Introd to discover apps with augmented reality functions, immersive workstations, no-touch technology, and more. Moreover, participants discovered a particular application case of the augmented reality to rehabilitation and improvement of sport and training performance, presented by the “Move Different” Physiotherapy Center.
