At the end of the policy learning phase of E-COOL partners developed action plans providing details on how the lessons learnt from the cooperation will be implemented in order to improve the policy instrument tackled within a given region.
The phase 2 of the project will be completely dedicated to the implementation of these plans in all partners regions.
