The City of Venice, in cooperation with the University of Venice-Cà Foscari and Lab Altobello, organized the ERUDITE partnership workshop on Social Economic Return on Investment and Open Innovation (SEROI+) to work on European e-services and to review the progress of practice and digital solutions.
The City of Venice will present the Digital Agenda objectives and projects and local experts will share their ambitions and expectations for the CZRM (Citizens Relationship Management) platform.
Presentations of relevant partner practice on service platform creation and study visits are part of the intense 4 days programme.
