DEV’UP is a new regional economic agency. The institution was established from the merger of the ARITT Centre and CENTRECO on 1st January 2017 and it aims the employment and the support for regional companies and territories.

Frédéric Pinna – Director
Frédéric Pinna has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ARITT Centre since 2006. He has 25 years’ experience as a professional in economic development and innovation policies with increasing responsibilities.
He graduated from Aix-Marseille III University with a master in business law and from Orleans University with a master in local government management. He also graduated from HEC Paris Business School with an Executive MBA (Executive Master in Business Administration).


Nathalie Boulanger
Nathalie Boulanger joined ARITT Centre in 2006 as Competitive Intelligence and Communications Manager. Since 2011, as Project Manager for RIS3 of the Centre-Val de Loire, she has lead a number of multi-partner projects, in order to provide strategic decision-aid to public authorities and thus contribute actively to draft the RIS3.
Nathalie has a PhD in Information and Communications Science from Aix-Marseille III University.


Vanessa Coco
Joined ARITT Centre in 1998 as an administrative assistant. In 2005 she became the administrative, finance and human resource manager.
