The communication between stakeholders involved at different stages along the innovation life cycle is a powerful instrument of the ESSPO project for tailoring adequate support schemes for innovative SMEs. As part of this concept, the Business Dialog in Bulgaria took place on 20th October 2017 in Sofia with the strong participation of business, intermediaries, research organizations and public authorities. Some of the hottest issues discussed during the meeting among others include: at what degree it is acceptable for the different public instruments as operational programmes and National Innovation Fund to cover the same priorities; what good practices to be applied so that the public authorities to provide services in a correct and sustainable manner. The most valuable recommendations were summarized and discussed further during the Task Force Workshop in Hameln, Germany at the end of October.
