They expressed their strong interest to join ESSPO-activities and thus support Hameln-Pyrmont in the improvement and lobbying activities for their Knowledge- and Technology-Transfer instrument (KTT) in Hannover. They discussed the recommendations of ESSPO-partners, given in Tartu and before, and agreed to commonly prepare an evaluation of the KTT-instrument on this basis. Besides this they agreed to invite all other districts of Lower Saxony, too, to apply the evaluation method as soon as a pretest is finished successfully.
