The fourth regional stakeholders’ group meeting in project ESSPO was conducted on 28th March 2017. The stakeholder representatives of business, Technical University, Gabrovian Chamber of commerce and industry, project team and the Mayor of Gabrovo Municipality, approved the final version of the online survey for research on the needs of local companies for development and implementation of innovations.
The survey includes 18 questions for innovation capacity:
The companies in the survey can share information about existence of R&D department, do they implemented innovative products, what type of support they need, what is their opinion about the development of a new business platform of Gabrovian companies etc. The survey will be sent to the production companies as well as to ICT firms on the territory of Gabrovo municipality. The online survey will be sent to the companies till the end of April 2017 for a month. The summarized results will be officially presented on a round table.
During the meeting prof. Stanimir Sadinov from the Technical University of Gabrovo presented the analysis of the existing web based services, solutions and platforms for communication between science and business in Bulgaria and abroad. Sadinov shared some guidelines for the structuring of the platform: support of the students in the process of commercialization of the ready innovative products on the market, access to information for patents of the technological products; technology transfer between R&D organizations and manufacturers.
