The project will enhance the understanding and adoption of big data and predictive analytics tool to transform the way public services are co-created and delivered through different models toward open collaborative governments. The project will strengthen capabilities of policy-makers to co-design big-data driven innovation policies for regional development addressing different societal challenges: from low carbon economy to disaster resilience, etc.
