I represent the Ministry of Environmental Protection & Regional Development of Latvia and we would like to join as partners a project where we could, in cooperation with various partners, prepare recommendations for improving the provisions and governance of Cohesion policy (CP) investments in order to facilitate a more efficient integration of the horizontal principles of environmental protection & sustainable development in the programming & monitoring of CP investments (operational programmes, guidelines for local governments etc).
